FAQ

What's inside a mystery box?

One squishy bao, sealed in its own mini steamer basket, in a random color from the series (glitter, pastel or cute-face editions). The manufacturer also inserts rare editions at random.

How big is a bao?

Palm-sized and perfect for squeezing. The Jumbo Bao is much bigger: two hands needed!

Can I choose my color?

No, that's the fun! Bundles give you more chances to complete your set.

When will my order arrive?

Orders ship within 1–3 business days and arrive in 5–9 business days in the US. You get a tracking link by email.

What age is it for?

Not suitable for children under 3: contains small parts. Not food, do not put in mouth. Adult supervision recommended.

How do I clean it?

Wipe gently with a slightly damp cloth and let it air dry. Keep away from direct sunlight and heat.

Returns?

Unopened boxes can be returned within 30 days. If your bao arrives damaged, email us a photo and we'll replace it.
